Burlington History Tours is the inspiration of Burlington, Vermont resident Gary De Carolis who has had a long love affair with the Queen City.

Gary, an author and three-time former city councilor, has held political appointments in Vermont and high-level administrative positions in the Federal Government but has always remained a resident of Burlington.
